Today while reading the newspaper, I came up with some questions & thoughts and I feel it's worth sharing.
We all the have the exact same body type as that of the richest man on earth might have. He too has two legs,hands,eyes, ears etc. Then how is he different from the rest?
What makes him the richest man?
How are we different from each other, what makes me Punit? and what makes you...you?
Well, it's a an interesting question, isn't it?
The only difference that I can see here is the MINDSET. We all have our own mindsets, don't we?
It's not only the bank balance that makes him the richest man, but his mindset defines him. His thinking process, his habits, his attitude towards the problems in his life, these qualities make him different from us.
The intent for writing this article is that we take some time out of our busy lives for ourselves. And to analyse and understand what changes we can bring in order to make a difference in our lives. If we could align our mindsets with that of the most successful people then there is nothing that can't be achieved.
How We Think : Our Thoughts are the food we feed to our minds, so the thoughts that run in our minds are the ones that will decide our actions. Therefore it is really important that we build ourselves such that we wake up with excitement and go to bed with satisfaction. Filling our mind with gratitude, love, kindness and positive thoughts will eventually align our thinking process towards productivity and new ideas. Only the correction of our thoughts from complaining to acceptance, from anger to calmness and taking disappointments as learning lessons will soon transform us into completely new beings.
Our thoughts should :
- Have Gratitude.
- Be filled with Love & Kindness.
- Have Self-Belief.
- Should Have Clarity & Direction.
- Have Acceptance to Failures.
- Be Aligned to our Goals.
- Lead Us to New Ideas.
Our Daily Habits : Habits are so powerful that it can make or break our lives.
Our habits have a really great impact on our thinking process.The kind of habits we have will lead to to kind of thoughts we get. If we can inculcate some of these habits than there is no doubt that we can change our lives entirely.
- Being early to bed and early to rise is really a game changer.
- Reduction of time from smart-phones and social life to self-care habits like fitness, reading, and spending time with family.
- Playing a sport will keep the child in you alive.
- Our eating habits are really effective for our physical as well as our mental health.
- Choosing our friends.This might not seem like a habit, but is an important aspect when it comes to our daily lives.
All of this qualities if corrected can lead us the great lives ahead. And please believe that it is never too late to change. If at all after reading this you feel the need to make changes in your life, Congratulations! First step towards any change is the willingness to bring the change.
